Time to cleanse!

I'm starting the Turbo Fire Inferno plan today.  It's five days of exercise (pretty intense) along with a lower calorie diet.  I am actually going to log my calories this week and see how that goes.  It's said that one can lose up to 10 pounds in this five days, but I don't think I will lose that much.  I wouldn't mind five pounds though.

So, I am going to post my before stuff now and then will update on Friday morning when I am done.  :)

I will be taking before and after pictures, but I am not sure if I'll post my pictures here or not.  ;)
