Being sick stinks!

I'm assuming whatever this crap is that I have is just allergies, but it is wiping me OUT!  I find that when I am sick, I don't eat that well.  I justify what I'm eating by the fact that I'm sick.  I also don't exercise, which is actually probably okay.  BUT, since I'm not exercising, my food needs to be better. 

The other thing that stinks is that I have 2 races coming up (well, actually one race per month through October), and I haven't been able to train for almost two weeks.  I really, in my head, want to run, but I don't think my body could handle it.  Luckily, I do seem to be feeling better somewhat, at least when I'm keeping up on OTC meds.  So, maybe this weekend will hold a run.  I sure hope so!

  1. Oh, I wanted to add that most of the time, I REALLY want to see a "14-" on the scale, but I'm lacking some motivation right now (despite being sick). I really need to rev up my motivation. I got my first Runner's World mag today, so hopefully that'll help. :)
